Offline mode on iOS 27

We found a likely cause. If a report was opened while iOS 27 was still setting up its on-device AI after the update, offline mode failed on every recording in that report. Starting a new report fixed it in our test. The next app update makes the app recheck on every recording.

We confirmed that offline mode fails to organize reports on an iPhone 15 Pro Max updated to iOS 27. The app shows error DR-301 and keeps every word you said in Notes, so nothing is lost. Cloud mode is working normally. Other iPhones and iPads on iOS 27 that use offline mode may be affected. We are working on a fix.

iPhone or iPad on iOS 27 or iPadOS 27, using offline mode.
Who is not affected
- Cloud mode, on any device.
- iOS 26, iPadOS 26 and earlier.
- Android.
What to do now
- Start a new report, then record again.
- Or, when you have a connection, open the app's Settings, then AI Engine, turn on "Use Cloud AI when online," and record again or type the report by hand.
- Your words are saved in Notes either way.
