A weather day, denied.
In K-Con Building Systems v. United States, 131 Fed. Cl. 275 (2017), the court denied a weather time extension. The contractor did not submit daily logs showing how the weather affected the work in progress. The government also pointed to the contractor's own daily reports, which showed little or no work.

Questions
- Does it work with no signal?
- Yes. Reports save on your phone, and you can record, fill in, sign and share a report with no signal. Turning your voice into a report with no signal works on iPhone 15 Pro and newer with Apple Intelligence turned on.
- Does it work in Spanish?
- Not yet. The app works in English today.
- Can a signed report be changed?
- Not in place. To correct a signed report, you sign an amendment: a new version that names the version it replaces. The original is kept, and the amended PDF is marked as amended.
- Who sees my reports?
- The people you send them to. With Cloud AI on, your words go to AI providers that organize them into the report. The privacy policy names them and explains how to switch this off.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Download it and start a report.
- What does it cost for a company?
