Voice to report, phone by phone
On iPhone, your voice becomes text on the phone. Sorting that text into a report with no signal needs iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence turned on.
On Android, depending on your settings, a recording made with no signal waits on the phone and is turned into text when you reopen the report or tap Retry.
On any phone you can build, edit, sign and export a report by hand, online or offline.
Where the reports live
Reports save on your phone, so they are there with no signal. Send the signed PDF to your office when you have signal.

- No. Download the app and start a report. No account is needed.
- Does it work offline on Android?
- Yes. On Android you can record, fill in, add photos, sign and make the PDF with no signal.
- Can I change a report after I sign it?
- You correct a signed report by signing an amendment: a new version that names the version it replaces. The original is kept.
- What does it cost?
- The app is free on iPhone and Android. Company plans are coming.
